Insights Discovery Workshops

Facilitating workshops for Fortune 500 clients for the past 15 years, Katie has witnessed the transformational experience the Insights tool provides for learners. It brings psychology to life in an accessible, practical model that shows people how understanding themselves better can make a positive difference in the workplace and beyond.

Based on four colors, Insights Discovery helps individuals learn more about their preferred behaviors, the strengths they bring and the challenges they’re likely to face. The best thing about Insights Discovery is that it shows us how we prefer to act – or the space we’re most comfortable in – but it reminds us that personality is fluid; every individual can draw on their less inclined behaviors to handle the demands of specific situations.

But they can only do this when they’re self-aware…

Enneagram Workshops

Katie’s first love is the Enneagram, an ancient personality typing system that identifies nine types of people and how they relate to one another and the world.

Since first discovering in 1996, Katie has championed the Enneagram as a tool for deep and convicting personal and professional development.

In day long workshops, participants can learn the nine types and work through exercises to truly understand how the Enneagram reveals how you can overcome inner barriers, realize your unique gifts and strengths, and transform your relationships.

Workshops can be tailored for corporate teams, young adults, individuals and couples.

The Enneagram has been an incredible tool for our small team. In a 1/2 day workshop, Katie brough the Enneagram to life for us – and we are now TOTALLY passionate about it.

Bethany and I probably discuss daily…we are diagnosing people all the time (we know we’re not supposed to) but it helps us to know how to adjust and communicate in a way that is helpful.
