I’ve attended dozens of trainings with many facilitators and Katie was by far the best I’ve worked with. She does the pre-work necessary for a session to be successful and tailors it to the audience and my goals and objectives for a training. She makes the most of every minute, moving the content along in a way that was engaging and interesting to my team.
I love Insights – the color energies are immediately applicable, and the blocks are a great visual. Katie has facilitated for my teams virtually and auditorium style, and I appreciate her ability to read “the room” and create a meaningful lasting experience for the group. When our team went through the Insights Discovery with Katie – we were in a time of transition and growth. Katie graciously sat down with all of us exactly where we were and allowed us to connect at a deeper level. She helped us understand our motivations, stressors, communication style, and so much more.

Both sessions helped us all grow personally AND as a team that lives or dies by clear communication. The Enneagram has been an incredible tool for our small team. In a 1/2 day workshop, Katie brough the Enneagram to life for us – and we are now TOTALLY passionate about it.
